Do You Have A Store?

No we don’t have a store. We operate solely online therefore no additional marked-up prices on our products.

I Have A Question. How Do I Contact You?

You can contact us by submitting your message through our contact form. Our customer service team will get back to you within 48hrs or sooner. Contact Us for any queries you may have.

Will I Get Marketing Emails If I Give You My Email?

We take spam very seriously, and trust that you do as well. Therefore you will only receive our marketing emails if you opt in to our newsletter.

How Can I Make A Payment?

All our payment is made through Paypal. But fret not, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to make a payment as long as you have a credit card, we can process those through Paypal too. Contact Us for more info.

How Much Is The Shipping Fee?

We have a flat rate of $5 shipping fee Australia wide for all our products regardless the quantity purchased. If you require an order to be delivered to an international location, a shipping fee will appear during the checkout stage depending on the location of country. International fee varies between A$7 to A25.

Do I Need To Sign Up To Purchase?

No. You can simply checkout as a Guest but you will still need to fill up your contact/shipping details.

What Is ‘Pre-Order’?

Occasionally we will have Pre-Orders for some of our popular products to provide more product options to our customers. “Pre-Order” means that your item(s) is made to your order. Therefore,

All items will only be processed once the Pre-Order window closes.

All items will be shipped within 10 business days of the Pre-Order closing window.

I Want To Make A Bulk Purchase, Do I Get Discounts?

Yes. We frequently deal with companies and organization groups that would like to purchase some of our products in large quantities (min 10). For that we usually provide a special discount to them plus the option of customization. Contact Us to discuss further.

How Long is the Delivery Period?

If you look our Shipping Information, we have fully detailed all our estimated delivery and order processing period on an order is placed.

Can I Track My Orders?

Not all items purchased can be tracked. Only selected items over the value of $40 can be tracked. However, for a small additional fee, you have the option of selecting a tracking delivery during the checkout stage.

Can I Return The Items If I am Not Satisfied?

What is GelaSkins? Where Can I Download The Wallpaper From?

GelaSkins is a thin protective layer of film for your devices. All designs of GelaSkins comes with its very own wallpaper/screensaver image that you can download easily from the GelaSkins App (go to your App store to download this) to complete your GelaSkin design on your gadget.
