Return & Exchange Policy
Important: Please read our return policy below before making a claim.
Always keep your receipts from your purchase if you wish to return.
Reimbursements can be given in the form of product exchange or store credits. There is no cash refund.
A shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the voucher credit OR refunded credit. Please email us for all returns, and exchanges within 7 days of item receipt.
Customers are responsible for return shipment fee. This will not be reimbursed.
We ACCEPT returns / exchange for the following :
- Items that are damaged / defect caused by manufacturer.
- Faulty or defective items will be replaced with new item.
- Out of stock items
- Strictly no ‘change of mind reasons allowed’
To entitle for exchange or returns to the following conditions apply:-
- Items are returned within 7 days of receiving the item and we must be contacted before you post the item to inform you of correct return address.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets/packaging attached.
- Provide us with your name, address, and contact details to maintain integrity of the transaction.
Items can be exchanged with another product of equal or lessor value. The customer shall bear any additional costs for new exchanges more than the original value.
Any items that are found to be out of stock after a purchase was made shall be refunded in the same way item was paid or voucher value.
All items have 30 days free warranty, we are happy to provide you an exchange if item is deemed faulty subject to the above conditions.
Returns or Exchange will not be provided for accidental damages incur by the buyers.
